From idea to finished product

Small and large volumes

The development of a food supplement must take into account quality and safety requirements right from the start. This step is fundamental. This is why we surround ourselves with specialists who are experts in their field, so that we can benefit from the best expertise at every stage of the production process when manufacturing your products.

Each of our subcontractors is rigorously selected according to strict criteria and auditing. The production sites of our manufacturers have various certifications guaranteeing quality and the highest standards (ISO 22000, Good Manufacturing Practices, Statut d’établissement pharmaceutique, etc.). They all follow the Good Manufacturing Practices applicable to food supplements and have adopted an HACCP approach. This method aims to control the safety of each production run. It consists of a comprehensive hazard analysis from product design to delivery. It allows the implementation of preventive measures to control hazards, followed by verification of risk control.

Located in France, our partner laboratories manufacture your food supplements in compliance with French and European standards. We guarantee regular checks throughout the production process. Tests are regularly carried out from formulation to production to confirm the compliance and stability of your formula.

Quality control is conducted on the ingredients of your product and the packaging items.
